How It Works

• 📅 Monthly Meetings – We meet once a month for an in-person discussion. The discussion will be held in English.

• 📚 Two Discussion Groups – We have two meetings: the morning group meets in a Café at 10:30 (limited to 8 people). The evening group meets at 18:30 (limited to 15 people). The location can be found in the registration.

• ⭐ Rating System – At the end of each meeting, we rate the book on a scale from 0 to 5 (in 0.5 steps) to see how it landed with the group. The end rating is the average of our ratings.

• 🔄 Going through the genres – This year, we read a different genre each month. (In 2025 we alternated between a classic and a contemporary book.)

• 📱 WhatsApp Group – Anyone who attends a book club meeting is invited to join our WhatsApp group. This is where we continue discussions, vote on the next book and meeting date, and where the registration link for upcoming meetings is shared first.

•  📱 Kanopi Community on WhatsApp - Anyone can join the open channel. We’ll post all book club dates & sign-up links there. Plus updates and reminders about new events, outdoor meet-ups and community gatherings.
